As a multi-flavor expert, he understands how to work with ingredients indigenous to their specific areas and create dishes or products that stay true to the origins. He is a Southern Chef, now residing on the East Coast, who loves to fuse authentic country dishes with various cultural influences. Chef Vess has cooked for corporate executives, government officials, and celebrities such as Donnie McClurkin, Israel Houghton, and Chaz Shepherd. We travel nationwide.

Personal/Family Homestyle Meals
Not everyone has time to cook or plan meals during the week. We know you don't, but fortunately, we do! Our custom homestyle meals are cooked with love from us to you. We make your meals fresh for you to pick-up and enjoy. Meals can be based on your nutritional/dietary needs and your busy schedule. Our meals also make excellent gifts for new moms, family members, or anyone who needs some time off from cooking.
Outreach/Free Meals
We are aware that there are many in our community who are less fortunate. We do our part by providing fully cooked gourmet meals to children, families, seniors, and disabled persons in need. Our Free Meal Sunday and other meal outreach ventures are done at least once a month. Help us by donating today!
